How would you rate Sonos?

Sadly you have to choose one star if I could have selected, none I would have. Sonos your app is total rubbish every few days we have to reboot the hub so we can find it in the app. Will you for God sake employ someone who knows how to produce a reliable app for your product, you very clearly don't currently.
I am completely done with SONOS crap. I don't know if it is the app or the entire system. I added a PORT because I could no longer stream my apple music library. Things worked fine for maybe a year or less. Now I have rebooted, reconnected and PORT continues to drop every single speaker and sound bar I have. Unbelievable. I agree with others, I invested a pretty penny (also with professional installation of two sound bars and a few speakers), added multiple speakers around the house, and now they are pretty much s#i%.
I have tried and tried and I am not "untechnical" (if that is a word) at all. I have hardwired every darn device to my network, I have hard booted and re-connected, and for a few hours, all is good. Then when I shut down my apple music, and go back to the SONOS app, all I see is the PORT.
I just killed all the apps, and when I launched the SONOS app, wow, the sound bar on the TV is back, but NONE of my speakers. What a piece of garbage.
Very disappointed and I rarely write any reviews. SONOS is doomed to failure.

Worst mistake of my life constant problems and spent thousands, pathetic really
After years of being a happy owner of a play 5 and a play 1 I feel that Sonos have badly let customers down and I can no longer recommend them. Rather than engineer their apps to work seamlessly with their hardware they have made a grave mistake of deciding not to support older hardware and their awful technical decision to try and cobble together an experience using two incompatible apps leads to customers pulling out their hair trying to get new speakers working with old. Absolutely dreadful experience. Either they are not testing customer upgrade scenarios or they don't care that the experience is so bad. Either way the Chief Product Officer has a lot to answer for.
I own 7 Sonos products built up over the past 7 years. Sound quality and ease of use is first class. One of the great things about Sonos is that you can gradually add to your system when you want. Over the years I’ve experienced very few issues and even when I these have been easy to fix. Top notch product.
Just a miserable, expensive, utterly degrading experience. For the millionth time I am just listening to music on my phone speaker. The app is useless, criminally useless.
Words cannot express how truly awful these products are and how frustrating Sonos are to deal with. What a waste of money!
Recently purchased the new Sonos Roam, it looks great but doesn't work. It kept cutting out and then went permanently offline. Looking at troubleshooting forums on the internet it seems we are not alone.
With all the time it took to configure it, now I have got rid of it one of our old speakers refuses work or be updated. My partner has asked me to stop mentioning their name in the house he is so fed up with them. Try and get through to Sonos to get help?........good luck with that.

Sonos what is happening? Ordered something in December you would deliver it beginning of February but it’s still not here. No responses to my emails either (already emailed twice). I thought customer service and great products is what you stood for, hope you can fix this soon
i always play pandora through my sonos system. but when sonos recently updated, it will not search for artists "albums" like it did before so i have to quit and re-open it every time i want to play a new album. sonos is clueless as to what to do. DO NOT BUY SONOS!
It use to work very well, but now it is mostly crap. DO NOT BUY!
Sonos is a horrible company. I spent over $1200 on a system and they screwed me. I am so happy that google and dozens of other Bluetooth speaker manufacturers are eating their lunch. F them.
